Who are we ?

Moving Eventravel was born from a shared passion for travel and transport, and the meeting of two professionals, Nadège & Sylvain.

After the creation of Moving Prestige specializing in high-end transport, and a growing demand from customers for ancillary services, the creation of the travel agency became obvious.

Today, the Moving brand is composed of two entities in constant synergy:
Moving Eventravel for the incoming - seminars and incentive directed by Nadège and Moving Prestige for high-end transport led by Sylvain. A perfect complementarity and a pledge of quality to offer you an offer from A to Z for all your stays, events and trips.

Nadège Bouvard

Graduated with a bachelor's degree in hospitality and tourism and holder of the guide card lecturer, she began her career as a tour guide for groups on circuit in France and abroad.
With all her experiences as a globetrotter, she has forged an objective view of the market players and has developed a real expertise in the knowledge of customer expectations.
Today, after 15 years in the field, she decides to take up a new challenge by creating her own responsive agency, Moving Eventravel.

Sylvain Lavignon

A former tour bus driver, Sylvain has traveled thousands of kilometers across France and throughout Europe.
With his professionalism and his well-known interpersonal skills, he will always take his passengers to safety during the circuits while ensuring their comfort, their safety and their well-being.
After a journey of more than 22 years traveling the roads, he creates his own company, Moving Prestige to give a new dimension to the design of high-end private transport and especially the search for excellence.

  • What are the activities of the travel agency?

    Our agency is working to develop three activities in the tourism sector.


    - Receptive travel is our main activity. It consists of designing trips and booking services for foreign tourists who wish to stay and discover France. 


    - Then there is the business section for seminars and incentives. It includes the organization of business trips, atypical activities (team-building) or any event services. 


    - and finally individual customers. Moving Eventravel is also a classic and local travel agency that accompanies you for all your holiday projects in France and abroad. You will find most of the brochures of the Tour Operators present on the market. 

  • Is it cheaper to use the Internet?

    Normally not and we invite you to read carefully the rates indicated on the internet when you make a comparison: room category, inclusion or exclusion of taxes and breakfasts... 

    However, it may happen that the price of a hotel room is lower on the internet than that communicated by an agency because the hotelier offers a special offer only applicable for any reservation through this.

    Never forget, however, that the Internet does not know how to manage, offer services and advice!

    Last but not least, the internet will not provide you with any contact person in case of difficulties or in case of emergency 24/24 and 7/7.

  • How are you different from other agencies?

    There are many differences. No brochures, no pre-arranged itineraries, no group trips or fixed departure dates but total flexibility.

    Our trips and advice are the result of years of experience and numerous recognition trips.

    Particular care is given to each proposed itinerary: choice of airline, accommodation, order of stages, selection of guides and suggestions for excursions or visits to leave to chance only the unexpected part of a beautiful encounter or an unexpected emotion.

    We do not hesitate to adapt to the request or to suggest changes that we consider wise and in accordance with the personality of the traveller.

    Finally we are available 24/7 in case of emergency.

  • What services do you offer your clients before the trip?

    The main and most complicated is probably a long work of listening to understand the expectations and tastes of each one who will then allow us to bring the appropriate advice and anticipate desires.

    It is the assumption of administrative formalities such as necessary visas or transfers offered from home to the airport and vice versa.

    It’s the booking of theatre tickets, opera tickets, tickets to exhibitions, a table in a starred restaurant…

    Everything that can facilitate the stay is anticipated and proposed. 

    It is also a small reception room so you can take the time to meet and listen to our guests over a cup of coffee.

  • Why charge application fees?

    - Because a travel agency, like any other entity, has to make a living to pay its salaries, rent and recognition trips without which it could not advise you and which add value.

    - Because the construction of a trip as we are proposing requires many proposals and many hours of work.

    - Because application fees can be deducted when travel is confirmed.

  • Can we reach you at any time?

    For any request for advice and travel we are available from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and on Saturday by appointment.

    On the other hand we offer emergency service to our customers 24/7. A mobile phone and an emergency email are communicated in their travel diary.

  • What happens in case of problem, difficulty?

    A travel agency is also "an insurance company". We are present 24/7 to manage any emergency, problem or difficulty that our guests may encounter during their stay.

    This is one of the fundamental differences between websites, most travel professionals and Moving Eventravel. Beyond listening and personalized advice and creating tailor-made itineraries, we are always available to ensure that everything goes smoothly during the stay and to intervene immediately in case of difficulty, minor or major.
